Continuous Quality Improvement – Our Commitment to Excellence

The cornerstone of our commitment to quality assurance is our industry leading and proprietary performance measurement tool, The Truth Report. Drawn from the best practices of technology and engineering firms combined with our own internal productivity experts, Whelan has developed and designed this report with the specific intent of capturing measurable performance data in order to assess real service delivery.

Unlike other performance scorecards and processes, where subjectivity and opinion allow for negative results to be covered up, The Truth Report provides our customers an analysis of twenty (20) objective service areas supported by real quantifiable data. The Truth Report includes seven (7) major categories, six of which are fixed and contain three subcategories or service areas each. The seventh category allows Whelan and our individual customers to mutually determine two areas, or focus issues, that are specific to the needs of each customer. As a customer should expect, all positive AND negative results are documented and reported in our relentless effort to offer “The Value of Performance”.

Whether utilizing the Truth Report as a measuring stick of our performance or as the basis of a performance-based contract, the objective is to strive for quality assurance and continuous improvement.
